I introduce myself respectfully and then ask if the lady or couple I am messaging would like to know more, to message me back and we can go from there. I very rarely get any response, and even then those responses can be two or three weeks later. I think nearly everybody on this site could do with a lesson in courtesy. I am not religious, but what ever happened to the old saying "treat others as you yourself wish to be treated" I sent a message to a lady a month or so ago, got a reply a couple of days later (she had viewed my profile the same day) so I thought I would persevere. Sent her another message about a fantasy of mine, got no response for a few weeks, so I sent another message "I take it you are not interested". Received a response the next day telling me I was impatient and that my fantasy was "fucking stupid". So I guess my point is, while there are probably a greater number of dickhead blokes on here than overly self opinionated women, there are still some genuine good guys on here and we don't have a mortgage on shitty behaviour.
