get together??????

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone was interested in organising, or attending a get together for the SA peeps. The other states seem to get together a lot (Vic and WA are really good at this) Im not talking orgy, sex party etc, just a night out where you can bring ya mates if you like and meet up with some of the rhp people. Would have to be central so city or near city, and a blanket invitation to all and friday or saturday night. Or even a BBQ during the day Saturday at a park with facilities, that way singles can rock up without the pressure of walking into a pub alone (yes guys this can be inhibiting) and if it lengthens to a night out, great. Takes the pressure off meeting and its great to be able to put faces to names in the chat rooms Anyone got any suggestions of where we could go? Anyone interested in doing this at all? answer here please not to my profile so everyone can see if there is any interest. hi plum have been hoping someone would want to have a drinks night or meet up night i missed the last one which was ages ago and have been waiting for another one, im interested. sounds like a good idea where everyone can meet up and get to know ppl in a casual enviroment.

hey guys! Sounds like a great idea plum, chances are I’ll be working when it happens tho!... Anyhow, have you thought of trying Mitcham reserve (if more people like the idea too!)... great place for a bbq, full facilities and fairly close to town. Also right across the road from the ed for drinks earlier in the night if it gets to that. That’s about all I can come up with for places so good luck!! ;)
