What is sex?

sex

Bored and typed in sex into the search engine ... and got this - Sexual intercourse (or coitus or copulation) is principally the insertion and thrusting of the penis, usually when erect, into the vagina for sexual pleasure, reproduction, or both. Ummm. Wow. Now admittedly further detail was inserted later on (no thrusting required), including the fact sex does not necessarily need to involve a male and a female. But, surely there is a much better one sentence interpretation than this. Question then - when you think of sex how do you define it? What does it mean to you?

Sex is the motion that pulses through our subconscious. It's the whisper that pushes us gently toward touch. We engage, we reach out with words crafted in desire, in the memory of pleasure. Smell draws us closer. The electricity of unknown outcome. The spark from our fingertips, inhaled into our breathing soul. We Tingle, we absorb reciprocation. Our heart with a magical beat that envelopes and connects every cell. We give. We share. We exercise patience. We fall into the cushion of vulnerability, of openness to a moment you want again and again. Then dream of it's return, that explorable connection to life. Mr. urn. .

Intimacy between myself and someone I have a connection with, it can be the best feeling when you feel good about the other person. Doesnt have to mean penetration, some of my best nights have been made up of all sorts of sexual activity without actual intercourse. Sex feels amazing ,it can make you deliriously happy, but with a random, its meaningless to me. Howeve,r I understand the thrill of sex with a stranger for other people.
