When you first open a profile on RHP, a list of suggest responses are given and a person can choose to use them rather than write their own profile or something personal. So it doesn't necessarily mean they are fake profiles. One you often see on men's profiles is "I am a sexual animal and I can't get enough" Truly inspiring eh?

but that was my attempt at wit, not an indication of my expectation. Two things: 1. the ages in the profiles put the subjects below my (arbitrary) lower age limit; and 2. fake profiles have no body parts at all, so there is nothing to actually smell.

Oh they could possibly be wives who have made a quick profile so they can get on and see if their husbands are on here, doing some cheating... I did that yrs ago on other sites to see if my fifo partner was still on there. And yes he was. Busted.

In their eyes this being a sex site they may think that writing anything about themselves is mis construed as 'selling' themselves. Velvet Rock - I am with you , there are scams here - a good example is getting a message request from one of those type of profiles, but when you check your profile they have never looked at it... but it costs credits to message them... hmmm call me cynical! and of course the lovely Brissy girl here who got talking to me only for me to later discover she was in Ghana with a sick mum tying to get her to Australia for treatment..... however there are some real gems out there, so I for one am going to stick it out in the hope of finding someone special. best of luck to all the other searchers out there

FYI VelvetRock- the ol saying still stands, if it sounds too good to be true.......and those photos, have probably been ripped off of Facefuck or Gayspace or some bligetyblog from overseas.This is how I treat 'other' profiles-- if all the Auto Responses have been used instead of putting thought into their own answers OR there is 'Ask Me' splashed all over the profile, they're probably a fake- don't waste your time on them. Use common sense, logic, reason with a dash of discernment & you'll get better at wading through the crap to get to the good... Good luck & have fun

I read here for many years now and have picked up on some peoples expectations of sex and lots if sex... I have only one expectation and that's NOT to get any sex at all :) it's a shock when a lady or even a couple contact me :)) but fuk love reading these forums :)) funny as fuk at times

That being on RHP equates to having to be an open advertisement? Fake or not, based on what you've said, they're clearly not here for the same reasons you are. From memory, creating a profile was secondary to getting in and having a look when I first signed up so, suggesting fake (purely on the information provided in the OP) suggests limited thinking to me.

When we first created our profile, we used a lot of the standard RHP responses just so we could start checking out the site. Possibly, some of those profiles will become more personalised over time as ours did.....or they may be exactly what you are alluding to - completely fake! For me sorting through the bullshit to find the gems is half the fun. Shaz
