  When you say dogging are you referring to just having sex in cars or group interaction. I heard whitfords nodes carpark was a good spot, also heard Kings Park not sure where, maybe the lookout. People reckon the nude beach carparks get busy but I would avoid those as there have been complaints to the council. Note though the council have no Jurisdiction over Swanbourne as it is dept of defence land.
