Should I Feel Guilty?

Recently I caught up with a friend of mine. One thing lead to another and we ended up fooling around. It had been a bit of a while for both of us, so we really ended up tearing into each other. So much so that she had to go get herself checked up and told, by a stern faced old lady doctor, that she had torn a muscle and had to let the flesh heal. No masturbation or sex for a month.When I was told this, I fell of my chair laughing. I hurt my side. I have a bruise there now.She doesn't regret the rough sex, but does wish she hadn't hurt herself. Should I feel guilty for the pain I've caused, or is laughing really the best medicine?

See, I told you that you needed a controlled environment before letting rip with those urges.lol. If she enjoyed the sex then she enjoyed the pain. Injuries happen with rough sex all the time. Don't feel guilty.

I would advise you to message me so that we can chat and I can find out if you really are up to it. It's not just the physical. Domination is more mental. It always seems to come back to two solid points. 1. Never play without a safeword or safe gesture. And never ignore it when it is given. Start light and get harder. Keep it all safe, sane and consensual. 2. Don't take it too seriously. The idea is for it to be fun. If you aren't enjoying it then go do something else.

Laughter is absolutely the best medicine in my experience!Oh ... well except for the time (I suspect) I broke a rib on a car handbrake doing what I do much better on my knees ... laughter wasn't really the best medicine then!

Everyone had fun didnt they? There is no need for guilt. I also agree with Domina - always have the boundaries in place and I never leave home without my safe word. Just enjoy yourself. Hope your bruising gets better soon. Kisses Focus
