SEX EDUCATION

I am a single parent of a teenage girl,and part of her time spent on the computer is posting and reading what has become known as blogs ..a virtual journal for pple to write and communicate and share ideas.It concerns me that i read stories from young people who are on suiside watch because of arguements with their parents over issues such as sex. My viewpoint is I give my daughter all the facts on a subject and its her job to make her own conclusions and decisions. As parents we can only improve on the job our own parents did and i fear not all of us are doing this. SEX is natural and fun and not a taboo subject and yet it seems to be still thought of by so many ..Not those on this site !! I can only think its a little like world peace ..we have to start in our own neck of the woods and it will spread. SORRY JUST VENTING I KNOW THIS ISNT A BLOG SITE
