Google Sydney Leather Pride association, sometimes they have education. Also google uber services, they also organise education. You could pay for the services of a professional and take someone in to learn on. Chanta Rose has a decent beginner bondage book, also check out books by Midoria, Lee Harrington. Thereare tutorials online too. Grab some rope and practice. :)

Its one of my fetishes. There are some good books out there that are good for beginners. The OzKink festival is happening in your state soon. I know there will be workshops and other events so try googling it and see if there is anything that would suit you. I will be hosting a workshop in November but ,alas, I am in Sydney. Good luck with it.
