Push up Bras/inserts and Pump up Jocks..

Hi all -- just came across these pump up jocks for guys to appear bigger downstairs -- was wondering if any ladies have been tricked by them and what do they think.. also if the think its cheating and silly because once they r off its plainly obvious, like i do ... was wondering if they class chicken fillets and bust enhancing bras in the same class?
