Public sex

Interestingly the other day on 720 ABC someone asked the question to their forum Legal Eagle if you could be fined for having sex in a public place. The answer of no surprised me, apparently if it is not an illegal act (child sex etc), is between consenting adults and you are not deliberatly out to offend people (doing it in the Hay St Mall etc) its ok. Just thought we would share that info.
