If you could change the annoyingly useless templated text to something from the terribly standard... "Hi I'm a man ..... years old, seeking other fun people. I admit that I am a sexual animal and can't get enough. People have described me as good-looking but you can be the judge of that. I enjoy the outdoors, whether at the beach or in the country." To the one size fits all for the lazy and unoriginal template lovers. Or even better, maybe more options to tick for profile builder to make them slightly more interesting and insightful? What are your ideas and perhaps RHP might take it on board? After all, the better written the profile, the likely more action and much better chance of them renewing their subscription?! hi there thanks for stopping by... As you can see I'm a lazy sod that used profile builder...I was thinking about constructing my own but I honestly don't believe I need it. A profile full of lazy, no thought, zero effort template answers shows me who to avoid.

We are required to input personal data such as age, gender, height, orientation etc... .....is it really such a burden to complete the written section? One or two sentences can't be so hard. I believe that template profiles shouldn't be visible and they shouldn't be permitted to send contacts to those who HAVE made an effort. JMO DG

Have a layout that contains every letter in the alphabet, all the numbers and some symbols, maybe a button to insert a space. That would provide an unlimited range of profile descriptions from a small set of options. The profile builder is just a way to catch people, make it too complicated and people will go else where. Those that get into is will write up their own in time, those that dont who cares. Every extra button click increases the chance of someone not bothering. For RHP getting them in is top priority.

Makes a valid point. Not to belittle the opinions of the paying subscribers that more typically populate the forums, but I imagine where RHP makes it's money is in growth - increasing the number of new subscribers. The templates are targeted at exactly that crowd. Could RHP fine-tune them to make them more creative? Sure - but they have them the way they are now because it works from a profit perspective (plus, fine-tuning/revamping them costs money off the bottom-line. ;) )
