  Surely the big smoke has venues you could hire out? I only recently discovered that Newcastle has one, not sure how long it’s been here. I’d say it might be harder to find a decent venue for around 10 people, too big for an Airbnb and not big enough for a commercial venue. Maybe a private function area within an establishment but I think it hard to get the bar staffed legally if there was play going on.

  Great question ,we have often wondered about that ourselves ,and always think in hotels what if the people above or below can hear everything and complain ,or just in general wouldn’t want to be responsible for being the herd of screaming cattle above that wrecks someone else’s stay who are Entitled to a good night sleep

  Thanks for the comments. It seems there are websites organising bucks/hens nights accommodation, which are all typically apartments, which I guess should be suitable if they are open to those kinds of party groups. I wouldn't go through those specific organisers though. I was thinking something more self contained. However a penthouse could be nice as there would be no sideways neighbours :p
