This is mainly a question for the girls and more out of curiosity than anything. In my last post "women who cant come during sex" I said I can not cum during sex, which is true, at this stage. (hopefully this changes) I got a huge response but for some reason some guys misread this and though I couldnt cum at all.. On average I only have sex about once a month (as I dont have a regular playmate) so I spend a lot of time playing by myself. I have read in a popular health magazine (European research) that at least once a day is a healthy habit as it helps reduce the risk of prostate cancer. So in saying that, it is also healthy for the heart and for the brain because of the oxygen being carried through the bloodstream when the heartbeat increases. So as was suggested I do it at least once a day sometimes in the shower. Of course nothing beats doing it with someone as part of foreplay before diving into tantric mode….. I do admit that I am turned on by women masturbating toys or no toys.

lol, I used to do routinely go to sleep in the same manner when I was single and much younger than I am now.
