Perth to Bunbury Ride Report Sunday 16th Sept 07

September 18 2007

sex

Well well well it seems people who have met on an adult site CAN actually meet up to share a common passion that doesn’t involve sex. There was a misconception that the purpose for a bunch of RHP people getting together for a social motorbike ride was for sex at every stop, so to aide in dispelling that myth I am writing the ride report in the community forums rather than just sending to those who attended...I’m also writing it here as an incentive to try and get other riders involved in it. We realise for some its hard to work around other commitments like kids and work but if you let us know your details we will keep you in the loop and you can attend as able. I am also glad the riders we had with us on the day are responsible riders... It makes a difference when you TRUST the people you are on the road with and don’t have to worry about heroes trying to prove something about themselves or about their bikes.. Attendees: curiousperthcpl07, Zeppelin_Kiss, Hot2Toot, johnnyrebel and coolcruiser1. We were joined in Bunbury by countrycouplebi and Gooderdippin (hope I’ve spelt all the profile names right guys!!!) We met up at McDonalds in Applecross just after the designated time and introduced ourselves. Was great putting faces to names, even if I couldn’t remember a couple of them :-s Once we all had our coffees and breakfast and made the necessary “pit stops” we were all itching to get out onto the open road. The weather was great!! All those who didn’t attend due to “weather”.. you missed out! We didn’t even need our wet weather gear. We headed down the freeway with curiousperthcpl leading the way and aside from having words with a VW driver who decided she didn’t feel like looking before changing lanes we did well in the “incident free on the road” dept... We peeled off the Mundijong Road exit and headed towards South West Highway. Right on to S.W Highway and headed towards Pinjarra where we made our first stop. If anything improper happened there I didn’t see anything! So if any of you had any funny business goin’ on could you let me know please just so I can include it in the ride report :-P. Anyhoo.. After a short break, we geared up again (sorry for taking so long guys lol) we got back on for the next stretch of the open road. We pulled back onto Sth West H’way and off we went again. We were held up a little by traffic and it was just WRONG sitting on 80km in a 110km zone.....well that’s when Mr johnnyrebel decided he’d had enough and decided to play “Leader of the pack” and I don’t mean on his CD player!! lol.... we made our way around a few cars here and there and made it to Harvey where we pulled in but then decided to make our next official stop further up in Waterloo as we were meeting countrycouplebi there anyway. After realising they weren’t meeting us there we decided to keep heading to Bunbury. Again... nothing improper happened so I’m not sure if I was just missing out or whether nothing was actually happening!!.. From there we made our way to Bunbury. Met up with gooderdippin and countrycouplebi who had waited for us at the Waterloo service station but went on to meet up with us in Bunbury thinking they had missed us.... Got to Bunbury and decided to drop in to Trafalgar’s for a meal and a drink... It seems the steak sandwich was popular with 8 of the 12 of us ordering them!! And from what I heard (since I had a chicken burger) they were good except Ms countrycouplebi who must have asked for “extremely well done” for her steak as it was a liiiiitle over cooked.. but at least now we know how to get free drinks!!! Again.. no funny business went on except there was a certain clip on a mobile phone that got past around the table that was a little... hmmmm... lets just say I’m glad none of us ordered lamb cutlets for lunch!!! LOL We sat and talked for a couple of hours and then decided to make our way home. Some decided to go back the way we came down (Sth West H’way) and 5 of us (on 3 bikes) decided to go home along the Old Coast Road... We went from Bunbury all the way to Mandurah with only one stop for fuel in Australind and NO FUNNY BUSINESS... The 3 bikes rocked up at Dome Café in Mandurah and sat and had a cuppa with NO FUNNY BUSINESS and just chatted and we then decided after the great ride ... Mr Zeppelin and I were calling the next ride... It has been posted onto the events calendar and hope we hear from those who already attended and those who couldn’t before. Pillions are more than welcome and I would personally like to hear from females who ride as when I get my license (oh.. lol and a bike) I would like to organise RHP girls rides out.... So on behalf of all who attended, curiousperthcpl we thank you. Thank you for taking the initiative and calling the first of what we hope are many rides. Thanks to coolcruiser1 for being tail end Charlie... I hope seeing everyone else’s arses for most of the trip didn’t put you off joining us again :-P Thanks to curiousperthcpl07, Hot2Toot, johnnyrebel, coolcruiser1, countrycouplebi and Gooderdippin for the great day and Mr ZK and myself hope you will all join us again on many more rides to follow.... Stay upright guys Zeppelin_Kiss

It was a great ride - many thanks to the organiser/s. BUT .... where were all those who "said" they were coming? And where were the Bunbury people who "said" they'd like to meet us? Come on guys! It was pathetic how many chickened out, most of them with the same tired excuse of "a death in the family." Half the population of Bunbury must have dropped dead over the weekend, unless you guys are all "kissing cousins" roflmao. Just as a matter of interest, am I the only RHP female with a bike? Where are the rest of you hiding? :)) Mrs Johnnyreble

Sorry I couldnt join in this time , other things ended up a priority. Was there a spare pillion going? shame it quietened down from the previous posting tho, sounds like it would have been fun and my hand is up for the next ride.

Just to set the record straight, as I have said in a private message, I have never met you, and do not know you, so how could I possibly know your children's aunt had died? We had a personal arrangement to meet three couples from Bunbury, all of whom claimed deaths as an excuse for failing to meet up for a coffee. More RHP tossers ... there seem to be a lot of them about.... :))

No harm done. The idea of a Girlz Ride is cool, but I suggest you think about how you organize it. Apparently most of the single guys who signed up for the last ride thought there was going to be a free for all round of Bonking in the Bushes at the rest stops. Yeah, right! So you might need to keep the details a bit below the radar, so guys with high expectations don't show up expecting the girlz to put out.... :)) Pat Reble
