  Poor olde' QLD is 50ys behind the rest of Australia (& the world). No nude legal beaches here & don't even get me started on daylight savings..... grrrrrrr Nearest LEGAL nude beach is Grays Lane near Byron Bay. Happy hunting! - Posted from rhpmobile

  Quoting 'the_antichrist' I can't stand daylight savings tbh so I reckon qld and wa are pretty smart in that regard Daylight savings probably has some benefits in the south but having it up here would be an absolute nightmare. They had a trial of it quite a while back before one of the votes on whether to have it, and it wasn't popular up here at all. On everything else I agree though, Qld is so bloody backwards it's ridiculous. Can't wait to get out of here.

  So is the nude beach in Byron actually a thing? Hubby and I tried looking for it last year, I swear we walked the entire beach but couldn't really see a nude beach area - Posted from rhpmobile

  The closest is the Grays Lane nude beach. A good place for a nude swim.
