This is a question we have asked ourselves & heard asked by people not just online but at party's & clubs as well. It's simple!! Why are they on the sight, at the party or in the adult club?????? For the same reason as you & I & everyone else. We all have a real everyday mundane life away from the fun. If some one recognises you they CAN'T REALLY MAKE TOO MUCH OUT OF IT WITHOUT EXPLAINING HOW THEY FOUND YOU & EXPOSING THAT THEY THEMSELVES WERE ON THE SITE. Think about it & don't stress too much.

Fristly, welcome to RHP! Keep it and yourself safe and you are guaranteed a great time! There are many posts and enlightening threads from your RHP colleagues so as the subject title suggests, use your time here to take a look around. In a nutshell, pics certainly helps 'identify' you as a semi real person (tho dick pics are passe')..keep your face pics in pg until you have engaged sufficient process of elimination (re: real world entities) Contribute to forums as this also has the added benefit of giving you some cred. Then, sit back and enjoy the ride....the community here is pretty darn special!! Best of luck!!!! Anna Avacado

You'll be right, mate. What's the worst that can happen if people you know see you on here? It’s important to remember that this is a SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE and NOT exclusively a “SEX SITE” as some people may believe. I think you’d be very surprised to know how many people you know are actually on a site such as this – and have been for years. Facebook is really no different – you can still contact complete strangers and set up “meetings”. It’s essentially the same concept. We’re just allowed to be a little more open-minded on here, that’s all. Rule #1 of Internet Dating Sites, According to Uncle Ridge: If people see YOU on here, it means they're on here too... Pot calling the kettle black if they give you a hard time or judge you. Don't go out of your way to broadcast it to everyone, but be open about it if you're asked. I think the most embarrassment will come if someone "busts" you on here after you've perhaps been denying it or bagging it. I have told plenty of people I'm on this site. I work in an executive role in a professional environment with high profile clients - just like a lot of other members. People at work know I'm on here... I've even shown them my profile... both men and women. Lol. Some have then gone away and created their own profiles! It's really nothing to hide or be ashamed of. A simple face picture is harmless. As a male on this site, you MUST have pics of some description if you're to have any success, and a face pic will improve your chances even more. So go for it I say! To be safe, just show pictures (or other profile content) that won't "compromise" you. Keep the other stuff hidden, or keep it up your sleeve until you begin communicating and become comfortable with your chosen people/couples/groups. At the end of the day, other people have their own lives and they really don't give a shit if you're on here or not. Just relax and don't overanalyse. You never know, that cheeky little bird in Accounts Payable might spot you... haha (speaking for my own workplace). It might turn out to be a good thing! The only trouble I can see a face picture getting you in is if you're in a relationship already, and your partner is not aware of your joining the site. If that's the case, good luck, and DO NOT put up a face pic. Haha.

Hey and welcome yep some one may see your pic one day and go OMG thats Fred.What you have to realise, is that someone is doing the same thing on here as you.And that they coud/can be as easily recognised!!I have found most of the people that I have met on here and in person are rather on the discreet side and not into openly admitting in the work place A: they are on here or B: they saw you. So relax and enjoy and do what myname suggestsDevine xxx

Would have to agree with mynameonyourlips. Something innocuous for your profile works best. Facial recognition can happen later if thats what you deisre. This has happened to me - recognition from my pic - but I was lucky in the fact that it was a mate of mine who thought it was a bit of a laugh - besides he must be here for the same reason as me right? When I 'fessed up all he said was 'I thought I recognised those tits'. Seriously though, if they are here too they must be after the same thing surely so who knows they may be to scaed to say anything just incase they get it wrong. But most importantly have fun

Hi againThanks all for the nice words of encouragement. I think I might get some inconspicuous shots of me taken and upload them and then put a face photo of me in a private gallery. Can everyone with a membership see the private gallery? I am not worried if someone on the site sees me but more if someone did a search or something on the web and my face turned up or if someone was to use my photo elsewhere. That would kind of suck.My next thing on my list is to look at membership and updating my profile and go from there. Outdoorguy

from just the lower half of my face on cam ... eeek. Messaged me, insisted they knew me, I denied denied denied then confessed. It was bloody awful. Old friend, hadn't seen for ages. Anyway, he was the perfect gentleman about it and since then met his perfect other via another site ... and I just came back from his wedding :D

hey there, Thats one of the main reasons why i dont have a pic up. Coming from a town near u with a famous bakery and prison, (u know where im talking about) ... :) , i could do without the identity thing too. But dont let that hold u back, if I like a persons profile and we get chatting, I like wait until i feel i have a bit of a connection going with that someone before i give pics or other details... and so far it works! There is some really sweet ppl on hear, and if like me, soon u will get addicted to reading the forums near daily. I love reading about real life things going on in other ppls lives, some ups, some downs, some really funny, and some quite educational too! It starts to feel like home away from home, and even tho u may never cross paths with most of these ppl, its a small world...so expect the unexpected! The first thing that comes to mind is... school teacher?? If this is the case, then i can fully understand, but remember that its an 18 and up adult sight,... so sick em rex! and good luck! - maple-

Do people on here use the incorrect location of where they are located? I have put my true location but obviously don;t want the whole world knowing my whole life. Thats half the reason I pulled my account with facebook. And if that is the case, how do you find people for *fun and games*?PS. Totally agree in regards to the forums. Since being signed up I have been on like everyday!!
