  I (MrsElectric) have just discovered caladiums. From the same family as Elephant Ears but very delicate looking - gorgeous light and deep pinks inside the green rims, or subtle dots on the leaves. Really unique IMO.

  Would depend on how much sunlight gets inside. We have masses of sunlight so hope to fill out house with plants too. I’m hoping to trim a quite brown thumb green in 2021 😂

  The bush or Brizillian for the bedroom. Some like it some don't. Some like the lights on, some don't. Depends what you like. Prefers moisture. Ms Foxy

  On a good note, there are plenty of groups you could join on FB and Bunnings/nursery staff are helpful too. My favourite indoor plant is Maiden Hairs. I have 3 in my bathroom. They can be a bitch of a plant and moody too. If you look after them they are stunning. Ms Foxy

  One of the larger ones l have is Dracaena, Janet Craig ( no relation to Jenny Craig). It's getting onto 4 metres (Ceiling is 6 metres) and beautiful plant. But the species is allergic to fluoride in the tap water which causes brown spots and tips. Tank water solves that. Another is a Philadendron but tends to grow every other way but the direction you want and becomes very informal. It's about 3 metres high and also 3m wide!! A favourite is my non climbing Philadendrons, more compact and more formal show pieces. One is 50+ years old and a real eye turner
