Just interested in what other people think as far as whether the Forums should be Forums or should it just be a Noticeboard?  Earlier in the week there was a post over in Couples corner where a couple was advertising for a female for sex.Another couple objected to this and from there it grew, there was even references to Donuts..lolMe being me of course had to put my two bobs worth in by pointing out exactly what a Forum is and what do we want the Forums to become.The long and the short of it was one young woman disagreed but had no reasoned argument as to why...she was backed up a few others, again no reasoned arguments put forward. Personally i have no problem with people disagreeing with me, thats a good thing, I realise mine is not only opinion but the intelligence to put forward a reasoned argument i rate highly.So what does everyone else think, should The Forums be Forums or should it be a Noticeboard where anything goes.Do we want to troll through page after page of adverts to find a discussion topic.What does everyone else Think?  I am assuming we all know the difference!Should there be a seperate Noticeboard ?....yes i know about Datefinder.Or your a member of the Apathetic society and would prefer to just jump up and down and complain once it to late...lolCheers Nev....Advertise your Garage sale here...or put up a sex ad here!

    Primarily to open up my mind to other people's opinions on different topics, be they on donuts or more ... er .. meaty topics!I read them for amusement, for an education and because they're an interesting way to get to know people out there in RHP land. I reckon there are more than enough places on RHP to advertise your seeking criteria, ie. Your PROFILE!! And yes, there's the Date Finder, the Travel Plans, etc. Maybe they do need to set up a Sex Classifieds section ... Now that would make for an amusing read!However, I guess the beauty of freedom of speech (used loosely here, especially after Mooka's donut post went AWOL) means that anyone can post anything they like and we can just scroll past it if we don't want to read it.Good for you Nev for speaking up! Nothing wrong with having an opinion. Infact, I'd go so far as to say that sometimes, reading someone's opinion in the forums means you save energy clicking on their profile!

    The forums are just a means of communication that are divided up into different topics for the threads to stay relevant too. It makes logical sense that if these advertisements are going to become a growing trend, they should be shunted to their own section. However, I must point out, this entire site is essentially built to cater to profiles that are exactly such advertisements.

    I dont care if people use the forum to advertise. Maybe it's been succesful for them.. I don't know. I also do not mind the off topic conversations people engage in.... within reason... they can ruin a thread .... but then some of the threads are just begging for it... lolz. True no topic is new.. but one can just lie down and die if one has already heard it all before. People are interesting.. even if the topics are repeats. To this end, I think we should at least try to stay on topic.. I mean... if you are going to go off on a tangent.. you should try and wind it back into the thread. Sometimes, I forget. I should follow my own advice mroe often. HUgs Stalky

    Stalky, hell yes, totally agree. For a start who is going to police the rules, what will constitute an advertisement? There are enough people here already that love to nick-pick any post Yes every thread will go off track, human nature dictates it, but often that is the most interesting part of the entire thread. Remember what might be considered mundane, trivial or just fucking stupid to some of us could be vitally important to someone else, who are we to judge what is valid and what isn't.Nev, I understand what you are saying mate (yes I was the donut phantom lol), but what happened in that thread is one of the reasons why I enjoy the forums so much. I love the fact that everyone doesn't have to agree with everyone else and the majority of replies are fairly well thought out arguements. And as for the rest, well the stupid comments just give the rest of us so much ammo to fire back and ridicule them unmercifully lolMooka

    yep agreeing with mooka.....i mean look what we have had lately....we know what what men want, we know tubby sex is out, we have maybe hopefully got a virgin laid, we have made fun of a black fella wanting sex, we know jam donuts are better, we know who loves redheads and who doesnt, we know JOSE...damn him...chased off a hottie (hehehe), we have followed 2 of the banga sista's go off and sample some meaty bites.....and thats just off the top of my head so think about it where would we all be if we didnt have the freedom to speak about what ever we want...sure most forums go off and have there different branches...but hey love watching him flirt with her and her flirt with him....its all good fun roxxy xxx

    I too love it when Topics head off on some Tangent, makes it all the more interesting, as long as everyones having fun and a bit of banter back and forth, thats all that matters.For me as long as its Either informative or entertaining, it could be as diverse as how much air pressure should one pump up ones tyres to, or how do you measure a penis,  and its a Topic for discussion! As far as Policing goes i guess thats up to the Mods, and they are fairly liberal minded here compared to lots of other Forums.I certainly wasn't having a go at you or anyone for that matter by any means. Cheers Nev....How come we don't have a Krispy Kreme shop in Goulburn anyway.

    I think if Date-finder was easier to use i.e. you could look without posting an actual date people might be more likely to use it for some of these threads that start which are better suited to Datefinder or Travel Plans. I am all full freedom of speech on the forum and get very frustrated when a thread just disappears but just seeing a whole list of threads about "couple looking for single girl" would get very dull. The idea of a Notice Board would be a lot of fun to read and like Gumtree used to be. The website needs some fixing up and on a lot of threads people make some very good suggestions like have a difference in couples looking for straight play only and couples looking for girl bi play as well.

I have a few business, I consult for companies , I recieve more emails than most people ... no no real ones not ....." if you don't forward this to 25 of your friends with in.......... " I have people say to me frequently.... doesn't your mobile phone ringing drive you crazy ....... It never stops ............ I simply look at them and say when I don't want to take any more calls I just ..... don't answer it ...... or I turn it off..........simple! How does this relate ???     I love the Seinfeld and donut posts I accually got 2replies on it before it was pulled. It made sense to me. Mooka was having trouble what was better. Chocky or cinamon donuts. If you read between the lines he really needs someone to fight him for the chocky one as cinamon ones are only good when they are just made mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm yummy. As to what goes on here. Info handy. Always wanted to know what bulkake was. Too scared to ask. What I imagined it was well thank god some one explained it. On more serious topics yes it's nice to find that sharing or troubles with relationships helps bring us back to humanity. Otherwise we run the risk of becoming burntout shells all bitter and twisted.     I lost about three post yesterday. I'm frustrated. I know it was probably my I phone but do you know how long it takes to read the threads on a tiny screen and then type out one touch finger at a time a sane response. Fab.

    We really wonder how successfull date finder is, we have tried it a couple times with no results. Has anyone had any luck with it? We have no real problem with people advertising profiles on the forum (we would answer if it suited us where we may not see their profile thru searches) after all the moderators have let it thru and it is about having sex with others, which is somewhat more on subject than some threads on here which would be better suited on facebook. Cheers
