Approaching the last bend in a bicycle race after an hour or working my arse off, and knowing that I am faster than everyone still in front of me.Or something a bit less active, a huge brand new lego model to build. Guess I still haven't quite grown up :)

The first in my case is overly obvious and that is watching the pen of a new client place a signature on a contract of engagement for several million dollars. Oh yeah...party time and game on! The other without doubt is food...I love to cook and particularly some of the very exotic fare from around the world. Traditional Cajun, French and true Central and South American. Pass the Dom Perignon or a few bottles of Dos Equis por favor! Besides, if I cook there is never that pause to ask "Shall we find somewhere more private?"....we are already there!

mmm traveling taking son to Sydney every weekend to play Football {soccer}.......not having to sit on the green bunning chairs any more ....now grandstands.....and walking through the gates smelling the baccon and eggs rolls ....grab a coffee a rollt that is joygasm.....ohhh hell season nearly over ...have to find a new joygasm...... Ps if he scores WOW makes it even better .... Coffee xx

Hokaido king crab! You don't hear a peep out of me when I eat this.....Love Japan winters..season for them. I cant be bothered with the piddly lil crabs here... Crayfish here are awesome! Wont here a peep from then either...Well except the odd..MMMMM..oohhhh..MMMMM...:P Love it when come home and friends have left live ones in my back garden in eskys on ice that they had caught that day......LUCKY ME! Scollops...Fresh..lightly sauted in butter n cracked pepper..YUM!...great with a good Chardonay.. Japanese nabe" The best...Sitting at home with family n friends around the dining table..wine/ beer...good food..cooking n eating at the table... Tonight is Sukiyaki...Have finally found the right noodles and mushrooms for this here...OHHHH...HAPPPY! yay!!!! sweetpetite41xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Taking that first step out of a perfectly good plane at 1400 ft,for no good reason, when there is nothing holding you up there except air ,travelling at 220 kms per hour, that bliss stays with me for up to six months at a time.As for food , I'm a Chef and there is no one food, its the feeling of a plate that comes back with a comp more times than not.To me that is sexy food. I once made a bath tub full of red and green jelly for a friend and his girlfriend to have sex in before he went to jail. He told me he would always remember that forever.

It is a distant second, but sunshine on my bare skin always makes me happy. Taking a dip in warm tropical waters. Fresh Lobster (thermidor, mornay or naturale, I’m not too fussy) with a long stemmed glass of chilled Veurve Clicquot. Better than sex (almost). M x

I would have to say there is nothing more pleasurable than driving along some hairy 4WD track to discover a perfect beach with no one on it!!!!! Running down the dune stripping off as you go to frolic naked in the sun and crystal clear water on sand that has no other footprints on it. Oh and chocolate cake with perfect ganache and just a smidge of double cream And Coffin bay oysters straight from the ocean
