Feeling awkward

Hi just wondering if any other women have this issue or experienced same. Here's the scene. We've meet a nice couple/single girl for play. Everyone has chatted and agreed that we're all on the same page chemistry is good. It's clear we all want to play. It's at that point I become shy awkward and like a unsure nervous virgin. I suddenly find I have no clue as to how we start and make that first move. Am I alone in this? Any advice on how to over come this and still remain respectful confident and sexy? I'm fine once started its just that "begin" step
