  Quoting 'woody_pusscat' Burswood closed down about 2 years ago.   Pusscat xxx Quite right (unfortunately) the Surfboard Factory - which operated on the Perth side of Great Eastern Highway did close down ~ 2 years ago. But I think if you do some more research before you (YAP) put across your supposedly wise advise, you' might find that "jeca364" is talking about another place, which is located on the Victoria Park side of the track (Great Eastern Highway). Apparently it's relatively close to a well know visiting place for most, which opened only a few months ago!   Funny, that it's not been mentioned in here much (so that might explain why you might not know about this place), some would think it's a deliberate boycott, which I can understand, as this new club is probaly sick of how this RHP place works... So they have their own area/place where they can promote, chat & not be stiffled.

  its behind Langtrees and i think run by a manager from Langtrees. Its new and looks pretty good. More upmarket that the others I think which is only Delta's and Club XS. Heard XS was up for sale again.

  and maybe at a $ 150.00 a couple or single male (apparently single girls are free ) ......... it's a little on the expensive side ............... considering it is B.Y.O. as well ................. one wonders .................... ??????

  the lounge has been open since NYE. Being new and clean it's a fun place, pole dance sex swing amazing illuminated bar, Mirrored dance floor. The entry is $75/ couple $130 single guys and women free. It's BYO. Open every Saturday night. Sunday afternoons( every 1st 3rd Sunday's) Friday nights will be themed parties monthly

  I forgot to mention that it is run independently from langtrees. It's available for hire.. Bucks shows hens nights corporate erotic events

  The entry for swingers lounge burswood is now $75/couple 130 single guys and women free. You will find the it's not managed by langtrees. Looks very classy. Open Saturday nights. Was open every friday but not sure about Fridays Now with new manager. Hope the can inform us

  We have been there - and enjoyed our time there.   Numbers have been a little low, but is is a great venue and once the new management gets things going we think it will be a great experience for all!

  We visited for the first time on Sunday afternoon, what a refreshingly luxurious, clean, no pressure, friendly place.... there is a new manager in place and friendly helpfull staff that make you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in the door wether you are a experienced swinger or a first timer.... no we are not on the pay roll lol, but it is great to finally to have a venue of this calibre.... I hugely recommend you get down there and support this place, the entry fee has dropped to make it more attractive and affordable and it's BYO.....What more could you ask for???
