Hey party people. We'd be interested to know what people think of the term 'Big Black Cock' or BBC for short. It’s no secret to my friends in the lifestyle that I’m predominantly attracted to Black men. But my time in this scene has definitely shown me that the term BBC has a lot of different layers. The term originated in porn, and in doing so, it created a widespread expectation that all Black men are exceptionally well-endowed. That’s simply a myth, it’s no more true than assuming every Caucasian man is sporting a BWC. I can personally attest to that! Because of this, I’m quite cautious about using the term. Personally, a man isn’t defined or built solely around his cock. How people approach the topic in my inbox usually tells me everything I need to know: When Black men lead with Do you like BBC? I’m upfront with them. A cock alone isn’t enough to attract me. I need a real, personal connection first, the rest is secondary. When white men message saying I see you like BBC. It’s obvious it's coming from a place of kink projection and porn driven fetishisation. Those messages go straight to my ignore folder. Within the lifestyle, I see both sides leaning into this fetishisation. On one hand, you have couples and women who list it as a main fantasy or interest on their profile. Then on the other hand, you have Black men who market themselves using the BBC label because it might get them a quick hookup. In the context of a fetish space, I suppose it’s not all that different from someone specifically advertising themselves as, or seeking a Cuckold or Hotwife dynamic. People play into what might get them best results. However for me, I prefer looking past the label and connecting with the actual person.
