We've only had one experience there, but it wasn't good. Paid quite a bit of money to enter as a couple. Two other couples turned up eventually, a few single guys who would freak you out if they sat next to you on a bus and a couple of single females who it turned out were friends of the staff.We left pretty quick and haven't been back.That said, we went because we had heard good reviews. I hope you hear some here.

I went to go there a a few months back and found it all locked up....could only assume it's closed down.Minxy, I'd offer to give you a hand with the invites but I don't think they'd ever make it out of my house :-P

He he, yeah we found our favourite place closer to home. In fact it is home. But either of you lovely ladies are welcome to drop by. The cover charge is affordable ($0) and the dress code is 'optional'. ;)

Lotus lounge doesn't exist any longer. The only other places for couples that I know of is Couples Club in Surry Hills, no single men allowed though. Aarows also caters for a wide selection of people... Mainly bi and gay men I think, but I have seen couples and single girls there also. Just depends what you are into. Although organising a party sounds good. xx Meeka

Closed for Renovations .... but their DA wasnt passed by the council ... amendments had to be made .. The internal refit is in progress slowly ... they anticipate reopening in 2013
